I am on "For the Republic, Part 2", up to the part where I must deal with the Brotherhood of Steel.

So I fast travel to Hidden Valley, find the bunker, and notice it doesn't open up. So on the wiki it says go either get Veronica, who I do not have access to, or get the holotapes.

I head up to Black Mountain, find the two BoS members in the crater, kill Moe, get the tape, read it, and... I can't get into the bunker still. The intercom says nothing and I have no option to choose to say the password, which my character ought to know because I've read the holotape.

Could not find the BoS member near Nellis, and haven't looked at Repconn... but then again, I shouldn't need to.
