Having problems with TESTool

I have recently downloaded Morrowind through Steam and it ran fine the first couple of times I tried it. I decided to get some mods and I've run into problems trying to get them to work.

The last time I tried to run Morrowind with mods I had the following mods installed:

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8816
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=3298

When I use TESTool to set things up (I pressed the "JUST FIX IT!" button), my games never starts. When I run the game (either through Steam or by itself) it opens a small window that freezes up and, eventually, ends up with the "Not Responding" tag. Is this a problem with one of the mods I'm trying to use, or TESTool itself? Can someone help me set it up correctly?

The trouble is, I suspect, with TESTool. Never, ever use the "Just Fix It!" button--or Merge Dialogues, for that matter. Both have unintended consequences and will break mods. You should really just use TESTool for merging objects.

If you're having trouble finding a good load order, I recommend http://code.google.com/p/mlox/wiki/Mlox instead. :)

Thanks, it works fine now. None of the mods I'm using now overlap, so I'm not worrying about load order just yet, but I will look into Mlox once I have to.
