Having trouble getting rid of JS Balance Changes

I like most of the changes that JS makes to the game, but don't like the balance changes, so I'm trying to get rid of them. Unfortunately, I can't seem to do so. As far as I'm aware, everything is back to normal values, but when I start a new character, I only have 150 HP instead of the 200 I'm supposed to have (with 5 END). The thing is, when I look at the Game Setting variables that JS changes (according to FNVEdit), there's nothing that seems to be doing this. The only setting that affects health is fPCBaseHealthMult (it's set to 2). When I look it up online, I get a lot of information saying this setting affects base health, but that information seems to be based on the Elder Scrolls series (primarily Oblivion), so I don't know how it affects things in New Vegas. FNVEdit says the setting was added by the JS mod (there's no FalloutNV.esm column), but I'm afraid that if I simply delete it, I'll completely screw over my game.

Short version: is the fPCBaseHealthMult screwing with my health values? If so, can I safely delete it? If not, what is screwing with my HP?
