Having trouble running New Vegas. Help requested.

I'm having loading issues. The game was working fine yesterday, now today, I can't get the game to load. I launch the game, select Continue last save, and then I get stuck in a really slow loading cycle that doesn't seem to end. I'm not sure what's going on.

Here's my Mods list:

Electro-City v12A

FOOK v1-1 Optional Files

FOOK v1-1 Required Files

FOOK v1-12 Slim Edition

New Vegas Interiors Combo Edition

New Vegas Interiors Core

PN-ExtraOptions-MCMScriptFixes

Project Nevada Extra Options v1.2

Project Nevada v2.5

The Mod Configuration Menu v0.13.21

The Strip Entrance v1.0

Wasteland Flora Overhaul v2.8a

Wasteland Looter Armor.

Here's my load order:

FalloutNV.esm

OldWorldBlues.esm

LonesomeRoad.esm

GunRunnersArsenal.esm

ClassicPack.esm

MercenaryPack.esm

FOOK - New Vegas DLCs.esm

Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp

Project Nevada - Equipment.esm

Electro-City - CompletedWorkOrders.esm

Electro-City - Highways and Byways.esm

Looters Armor NV.esm

The Mod Configuration Menu.esp

Vurt's WFO.esp

The Strip Entrance.esp

PNxEO MCMScriptFixes.esp

I removed the ILO mod because it was not playing nice with the New Vegas Interiors Project mod. Also, I did not add the version numbers for the NV Interior mod because the version numbers are not consistent. The version number listed below the images is 1.5, however, the version numbers for the Combo edition and Core are 1.3(Combo Edition) and 1.8(Core). This does not seem right to me.

I was also having the small issue of BOSS not recognizing Fallout New Vegas. I was able to correct this problem by running New Vegas from the Steam Launcher instead of FOMM. Now BOSS recognizes Fallout New Vegas.

Also, BOSS is telling me two things:

First, it's informing me that there are some dirty edits in DM, HH, OWB, LR, and GRA. I'm not sure how to correct these problems.

Second, under the Summary tab it's posting this message in a yellow box "Warning: An update for BOSS (v2.1.1) has been released. Download it at http://code.google.com/p/better-oblivion-sorting-software/downloads/list

The thing is that I'm running BOSS v2.1.1. And I'm getting this message when I have BOSS switched over to Skyrim. It didn't do that before. I have v2.1.1 so I don't know what's going on.

I would really like some help or suggestions from people who have used one or any of the mods I have listed above, but any help would be great. When posting your suggestions or help, please do so with the understanding that I've only been playing around with mods since last month. I don't have the experience that many of you have. Thank you.
