I'm having trouble with a mod

Post » Thu Aug 19, 2010 4:11 am

I'm new to modding games period. So I downloaded the teamff mod yknow the fantasy figures one, because I thought they looked more realistic then others. It works fine and all except for one problem. It seems barefooted males have pink feet. I am not sure why. Is there a way to fix this or should i download a male body replacer mod, and will that fix it?

Seems like an issue with it according to some comments on TES Nexus.

You should definitely need that male body replacer, but a posted name for that mod would be nice and please do what Tomlong said. :)

The OP should not need a male body replacer to use Fantasy Figures. That would be really strange. FF was not made to run with Robert's, although many FF mods support Robert's male body. This sounds like a bad reference in the FF plugin.

Surely this should be checked or you would be worrying about more than pink feet...

No its not a compatibility, it came with the TFF base thing, or at least I don't think it's compatibility mod I'll check it..

Its being packed with the base does not mean much, as Robert's Male Body is the most popular male body mod available.

So should I try and disable it then?

It is worth a try I think. Did the ReadMe not say what purpose that plugin served? The "R" and "M" made me think Robert's Male Body, but I only tried FF once, very briefly. I remember little about the installation other than that it seemed slightly more complex than installing Exnem's EyeCandy body, and I did not like the shape much.

It's because this is a "merge" of TFF's settings and Robert's Seamless Male (old name of Robert's Male Body) settings, as by the time this was created there was no Wrye Bash and thus no way to have 2 plugins affect only 1 gender of one and the same race. This should have been mentioned somewhere in the documentation though, at least I remember having read it there.
