having trouble with npcs in my hand made house : Fallout 3

having trouble with npcs in my hand made house they wont move anywhere and they just get stuck in the entrance!
and once they are in there the cant leave, they are stuck there forever.

any1 know what ive done wrong?

You need to navmesh the cell.
