So, often, when loading a cell, I will hear a loud, grinding noise. I will start taking damage, FPS drops to sub-1FPS level, and basically the game glitches hard. It doesn't seem to matter which, or if any, mods I have loaded.

Is there a recognized error in the Havok system that causes this behavior? Is it fixable or am I doomed to, every once in a while, see Protectrons flying overhead and be smacked in the face by invisible objects that cause my FPS to die horribly?
