I picked up FO3 GOTY a few days ago on Steam. It's running smoothly though when I'm outside during a clear sunny day there's serious light flickering that's apparently caused by HDR. To those who are unfamiliar with the HDR flickering issue, when you pan a full 360 while outside, for example, the lighting will flicker back and forth between light and dark. I'm just wondering if there was ever a fix or mod made to correct this as it's quite annoying.

By the way, if the info helps, I'm using a single 2GB HD ATI 5970.

Also, has anyone tried this fix? If so, did it work?

I had the water problem (5970 here too) and switching to the 64-bit atimgpud.dll fixed it like a charm.
