Definitely. If you join the fighters guild, you can take them from the guild chest and you can buy them at an alchemist or make them yourself.

edit: there are other ways of healing too but you're starting to get into the realm of hints. Ask in the other forum to get specific info.

No, you can join both. There is a potential conflict but you don't have to do it.

Yes, tong too. The only mutually exclusive memberships are the Great Houses, only one of those. Even if they guilds say they hate each other, the only real effect is disposition loss which can be made up by doing quests.

You get some by using Alchemy skill. Easily the best way. Believe me

Morrowind uses a restocking system. Plant's like Saltrice and Wickwheat and Marshmerrow will get you Health Potions. You can find them all in Balmora Temple.

To restock buy the amount you want then sell it back. Repeat as desired. Though this will make the game really, really easy to beat.

When you sell back, the new vendor quantity becomes the new restocking quantity. So, if you buy 5 and sell back, now he has 10 to sell. Do it again and he has 20...
