So pretty much my health constantly drains. I have to run around on god mode which was ok since i had already beaten dead money but now that honest hearts is out i would rather not play on god mode. anyone know how to fix this? (SOLVED!) thanks to swezy. second to last post.

If you are in Dead Money on hardcoe, it's supposed to.

In Dead Money, the cloud does constant damage to you. It's supposed to as long as you're outside.
In Honest Hearts, there's a lot of poisons about. Sure you're not just getting poisoned a lot?

Check you effects list on your Pip-Boy. Maybe that'll tell you what's doing it. If it doesn't and you're not in DM, then yeah, what a glitch lolz.

no i haven't even started honest hearts because I don't want to have god mode on. I finished dead money and now I'm in the wasteland and my health constantly drops. if i turn off god mode i die very soon. sooo yea trying to fix this. also pip-boy shows no status effects.

Ouch, looks like you just got one of the glitches where the game still thinks you're in a poison cloud when you're not. Don't know of any solution but look on the Vault just in case there is.

there was one fix i found on nexxus which was supposed to make the trigger "0" instead of "1" for the cloud. that didn't work. so i figure maybe there is another way to fix. maybe a console command or even just some random in-game doorway i can go through? lol

also just checked the vault found absolutely nothing

You could try going back to your last save? Maybe it will fix it.

the thing was i didnt notice it until after i was out of dead money because i needed god mode to carry all the gold XD anyways i did so much after the point where supposedly it happens. i read it happened to someone when killing dean domino. and i bet at the casino until i couldnt and made so much progress in the wasteland on god mode cause i couldnt find a fix. now i just want to fix it for honest hearts. I'm not going back that far for a dlc. i'll just end up playing it on god mode. which svcks.

Hey, don't know if you fixed it Capernicus, but I had the same problem when I left after using god mode because who could resist so much gold. After a lot of searching I found what caused the problem on the wiki for FONV. So I found this mod http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=40520 what happens is you're being poisoned outside of Dead Money and this should fix it. Worked for me.
