[REQ] Health limiter

Hi,

My biggest gripe with Skyrim is the illogical and arcade-ish health values. A mage (wearing a simple robe) surviving two powerattacks with a 2H axe is just simply... well, disappointing.

It would be really nice if an experienced modder could create a Mod which makes health values independent from level.

There could be two main classes; humanoids and creatures ("monsters"). These would have simple subclasses, like orc, wood elf... etc and wolf, deer... etc, simply because its logical that a beefy orc can take more than a little elf. You could customise the health percentages of these classes in MCM menu.

With such mod, Skyrim would be much more immersive and realistic. Skill would be represented via perks, spell types, stamina and attack force, which is more believable and logical (well, at least for me ) than having all these insane HP pools.

I know Duke Patrick's Combat Mod contains a feature which limits health based on creature size, but it can't be used standalone nor with other mods (SkyRE for example), and I'm one of the unlucky users who cant run Duke's mod because of the horrible script lag.

So I would be really grateful if someone could realize this idea.
