I have a problem that probably is simple to fix, My health meter has slowly turned red and no matter how many stimpacks I use I cannot raise my health above 20%. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

Red is the Radiation Level - take Radaway

Radaway. The red is radiation sickness and it takes away your max health. I usually wait until the red takes up about third of the bar before using a radaway unless you have a lot of them.
