while watching http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPRWvbWzV-k&feature=related Brink video, i noticed the health bar at the top right.
it has 1 long section and 3 shorter ones. once your health drops beneath one of the shorter ones it doesn't past that section when health regenerates.
it only goes past that when you kill someone or a medic buffs your health.
