i'm sure apel's been banned more than that

i can think of atleast 3 of his none "apel" accounts.

and i'm not sure what german site he is on, but on Skype he just wanted to quit modding after getting banned again.

as to why he was banned; he's Thedaywalker.

Thedaywalker? Somepeople are always trying to iceskate uphill.

It'll be unfortunate if they're ceasing modding for Morrowind. This one looked like it had a wonderful atmosphere.

Thedaywalker's banned? Doesn't it usually say Group: Banned under their status pages if they're banned? Yet Thedaywalker's account says Group: Members.

Erm, did you actually read what you quoted?

Well would you be able to release it for him, since you're helping him out? Or at least try to make some sort of modders resource, shame to see such fine work getting lost.

Whoever he is, he profile doesn't say he's banned. If he wants to drop a project, by all means, let him, but don't blame the moderators.

Moderators cannot and will not discuss individual accounts so no answers will be forthcoming on the questions asked.

No. Any new accounts that we can reasonably link to your old account will be banned upon sight.

No amount of begging, pleading, or bribing will convince us to reopen your account. Once its banned, its banned forever.

We have occasionally been known to bend the rule about returning in very special circumstances and in my time as a mod on very few occasions, however, it is a once only chance and if the member blows that chance there are no more - ever.
