She has her ending if you helped her complete her quest peacefully or violently, then an ending for which side of the factions you choose, and then there used to be one last ending whether or not you helped Alice Mclafferty get the plans from the Gun Runners which would tell how they were killed by the gun runners. I remember this last ending being on at least prior to the patch 1.4 but now after finishing the game once again it's no longer in my game and upon looking in the GECK I noticed the ending is gone in the NV.esm itself. Was this taken out in the later versions of the game as I don't have any mods that affect the quest Vendings in any way whatsoever? Anyone else have this problem with the ending disappearing and all the other endings that are supposed to be there seemed intact? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated and thanks in advance.
