So I am trying to buy the Children's Bedroom in Hjerim, but when I talk to Jorleif it says what it says in the title, Children's bedroom [...] gold, and when I pick it, it takes my gold, but it does not put the bedroom in my house. How do I fix this? I installed Unofficial Hearthfire Patch, but it didn't help.
