I hate my husband but if you kill him you can't remarry! Am I the only one that rushed into a bad marriage? Also I think it would be nice if I could have a lil somthin on the side, maybe a whole second family...

What console are you playing on? If your a playing on pc there are console commands you can use.
Steps to re-marry using console commands:
Select spouse.
Enter the following console commands:
removefac 51596
player.removefac C6472
resetquest 74793
resetquest 21382
setstage 74793 10
Wait for 24 hours.
Then proceed to marry as normal.

I'm PS3 and would LOVE a divorce!
