So I finally earned the right to build Lakeview Manor. After becoming thane so I could have the housecarl, I forked over the 5000 gold and went to my land. I laid the smalll house plan and began building. After deciding to check my progress, nothing was built! Only the ropes were there. So I reloaded a save and tried again, still nothing! After multiple reloads, I can't get the darn house to build. According to the workbench, the small house is built but nothing is showing up. Google didn't provide any help. I'm running Skyrim with no mods, and all three DLC's.

Have you installed the Unofficial patches ??? (Hearthfire in this case as well ???)
