Heavy Appreciation Thread

I'd just like to say that I'm sorry for disrespecting the heavies earlier today. It was rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. As a fellow gamer, I should have enough respect to not criticize fellow gamers no matter how good they are. -Hugs A Heavy-

We could be a pretty interesting team. I send you out like a terrifying assassin falcon and heal you if you happen to get killed. And whenever people see me with my huge gun and I start blasting away they start shooting back. And then stab stab stabby.

Just call me... Bloodwing.

If the healing aspect was drag and drop like in army of two the heavies would be full of win. No one else could do it. You be getting dragged to safety while the heavy one hand minigun cover fires.

Instead of turrets, Engineers should deploy stationary Heavies.

Engineers should be able to deploy turrets ON the heavies as if they are slabs of stable real estate.

Wait till the prices drop, then we will have a horde of Turret carrying, minigun weilding, death machines! (Invincible of course!)

this makes me smile, i feel like its a budweiser commercial on the radio

Because he can still use the SMART button to climb over that table.

He can still keep up with you guys because he doesn't die as much as you do.

When the lights are overhead taking potshots he's cutting you all in half with his minigun.

When you're out of buffs and begin to lose hope... IS THAT A HEAVY?! WITH A SYRINGE!?

When you're feeling outnumbered and terrified. He'll be next to you like a big brother to help you defend that objective.

He's there when you need a friend to lean on, encouragement, or a huge badass with a squad automatic weapon.

He may not be able to jump to that ledge but his chaotic frenzy of bullets can reach it just fine.

He's too busy using his huge amount of buffs so that his team will become unstoppable to worry about going up there anyway.

Thank you heavy. We love you.

I like that too... Im not saying im goign to be a heavy just to get kills, actually my main concern is to get to that objective and lay cover fire (getting kills in the process but also winning)

The Heavy knows Victoria's secret

He would face his fears... if he had any

He would show his feminine side if he had one

Step 1. Takes Chuck Norris joke
Step 2. Replace 'Chuck Norris' with Heavy
Step 3. ?????
Step 4. Profit

You know what the best thing about Heavies are? They aren't Lights.

I'm thinking heavy makes the most sense for a medic, at least the way I envision it. You'll be able to take a lot of punishment and hang out with soldiers in the thick of battle, keeping them healed and buffed. It seems like they would be the most likely to need it anyway, and not being able to reach some of the more acrobatic areas that lights can get to shouldn't be as crucial, since I would think lights would go with classes like operative or engineer and stay away from the heavy fighting, generally speaking.
