Is is possible to sneak in heavy armor with the Conditioning perk?

Edit: Tried it out. It is absolutely viable.

I can't imagine that it is as effective as Light Armor, but I sneak in Heavy Armor all the time with no sneak perks and do just fine.

There is even a unique heavy armor briastplate that has a bonus to sneak. I do not want to post a spoiler in general discussion but you should be able to find it on the wiki

Their is a perk that makes heavy armor weightless making it as effective as anything. Their is all so a perk that cut the effect of weight in half

Get ebony mail, then you can sneak all you want.
