Im using SE and was wondering when you buy a vanilla home(breeze home, honeyside, proudspire, etc) if it would melt your game if you went in there and disabled mostly everything and used hearthcraft to decorate how you wanted.

I said disable cuz ive hear delete is bad.

Thanks,

Not quite sure what you're asking here. The Hearthfires DLC (built-in with Special Edition) provides for the child bedroom to be replaced/added in the vanilla homes, but that's as a complete set of furnishings, not as a build-your-own incremental addition. The only places you get to choose what's made is at the three Hearthfires locations.

i was talking bout buying lets say breezehome and then outfitting it to ger rid of the cobwebs and junk and then go thru the whole thing going disable crazy in the console and then totally use heartcraft mod and totally refurnish it the way i want.....

but before i do i was just wanting to know if doing that will fry my game.

It's not gonna melt your game, disable all you want. You can even write some of the reference IDs down if you want, and then use enable function to get desired furniture back.
