I initially joined the Mages Guild only and thenthe Thieves. Now I cant get jack for the Mages (wont sell me etc). I can fix this?

I thought I saw some threats for how to join all functions but not sure its feasible.

Please help

Being in all the factions is no problem, as opposed to Morrowind (I think). My character is in Mages and Thieves too and there′s no conflict at all. I don′t know why they won′t sell stuff to you, is your infamy really high perhaps? If you commited a crime against them and it got reported (and you got kicked out) that may have something to do with it :shrug:

[censored]. I think I picked a piece of paper form the floor (some crampled paper or stuff). But I didnt hear anything telling me or whatever that I was expelled.

My fame is 7 and infamy one (not sure propably because I had to do a short sting in jail to do one of the quests).

Can I get rid of infamy? I tried the Julianos temple but it didnt work.

You can′t get rid of infamy through praying, and that low isn′t a problem anyway. What exactly happens when you′re trying to buy something from the Mages Guild?

Also I went to another town and was able to pick up a quest from mage and trade with these guys. Now its all back to normal.
