This has been bugging me for about an hour now. I saved from the entrance of the place and even down to the vault, each different saves and yet the ending won't start. I do the usually business (Avoiding spoilers) and when I get to the elevator it just takes me back to the suite. I've seen people do it, and every time I try a different approach the elevator just won't take me back to the Villa like it seems it should. Any help via. console or am I screwed?

I have another issue around the same area, I end up in the courtyard, and the collar is removed. But when I try and leave to the Mojave area it just crashes.

It seems triggers are a little bugged cause I had problems triggering the Dean dialogue in the theatre (when you get the key, nothing happened for me.) so I was stuck there until I reloaded a earlier save and tried again.
@Ledgo Either you missed doing something, or you'll have to try a earlier save I guess.

I have the exact same problem. Honestly it just kills the game for me.
