I was doing the Helios quest and the two PCs [east/west] glitched when I tried to access them. It blurred and froze, though never went into the computer screen even as I could hear I was switching through the options on the PC, but I was able to back out and continue on. Afterwards using the scope went into a blank PC screen [PC case, black screen and background].

First big glitch I've run into.

Loading any save won't fix, restarting and loading a prior save works.
