Help, "Ain't That a Kick in the Head" Quest Glitch

So, I started a new game, after deleting all my saves because I didn't like my choices on my first playthrough. Now, I'm at the part where Mitchell wants you to sit on the sofa. No matter what I do it won't let me sit down. I've reset the console, reloaded my saves, everything. Please, please help me.

I just don't see why they didn't see all these damn glitches. Now, I can't even play Fallout. I'm pissed, because now I know I wasted $80.

We're all pissed. There's a thread that's 12 pages long (and going...) of glitches/bugs encountered so far. yay!


......actually, the whole board is filled with them. lol

Doc Mitchell's couch at the beginning of the game? Just start a new game again - it'll only take a couple of minutes!
