I have installed FCOM & Cobl and Darkness Everlasting, and who knows what mod for food & drink - atleast I have a platter to acrivate my eating list and I carry a waterskin which I drink from with the activation cup.
I have forgotten exactly the names of such plug-ins. I also have Realistic Fatigue and Realistic Health. Months have passed since I installed it all. I have not started to play fully and been lost in "the land of missing meshes" as someone wrote of somewhere. Finally I found RefScope which aided me out in finding my missing meshes.

Finally I play, but out of nowhere at day 105 I collapse with around -7000 in every score, and nearly -10.000 in health. No message and no spell effects. The character doesen't die, only lie down for good, exhausted.

What mod can do such a thing?

And if nothing else can help, what are the console commands to set it right again?

Maybe you're using an old version of Real Hunger (Cobl version) and playing a vampire character? The Unofficial Oblivion Patch includes a tool in the inventory to fix broken stats and attributes.
