Ok so basically I have just gotten Fallout 4 as a brand new person to the series and am blown away by it so far BUT. On the early mission, When freedom calls (in the museum) I have completed the mission up to where you have to rid the town of hostiles. I have managed to run out of juice on the power suit and the mini gun is out of ammo... i have no other ammo either! Where should I go from here?? How do i progress? Thanks

did you killed every raider and the deathclaw in the city? then go back to the museum and talk to Preston.
Otherwise - two options:

1.) reload and try to be more efficient (i did the job with 20% of the energy for the suit)

2.) try to kill the rest by hand/baton

First off - get out of the armor! It only slows you down with no juice. Then melee. You can punch the baddies as well.

May I assume you've already faced the boss? If not, you're in for it.

If you've already eliminated the boss and just have a few of the raiders left, head down the street to the Speakeasy. There are some options for weapons and ammo there and you won't encounter any baddies right away.

Sorry about the power armor, don't know when you're going to get a new core. Mine's just in storage. I don't generally use heavy armors.

Loot all the Baddies you can, they will have weapons and ammo.

Power Armor without the core is useless in combat. Just don't forget where you left it, you can come back for it.

ok so yeah,ive killed all the raiders so far and just have the deathclaw now. when you say reload and be more efficient do you mean get more ammo? if so how?

Good luck with the Deathclaw if you don't have the power armor and are below level 5. That's what I had and it took me an hour of running and sniping to kill it. Tip: I used the balconies. Hope you have some grenades or malotov's.

No he means load an earlier save and try to be more sufficient with your ammo.

I used regular weapons and ammo on the raiders and saved the minigun for the Deathclaw. Another tactic is to jump down right away and spawn the Deathclaw, then run and let the Raiders and Deathclaw whittle each other down, then finish off the scraps.

no, i meant load before you enter the power armor and then use your power/ammo more efficient. for the Deathclaw, lure it next to the car at the crossroads and let the car explode ... it makes it much easier

I would reload a previous save and go straight for the Deathclaw after you jump off of the building. You did jump, didn't you? You won't hurt yourself if you do and will save a lot of energy/time doing so.

I actually followed Preston back to Sanctuary in the Power Armour when it ran out of juice. Was a long walk but didnt want to abandon the armour in Concord.

You were supposed to jump off the building?

I didn't do that at all. I just went out the front door. Did in the raiders and then did in the deathclaw.
