Hi all, sorry for my bad english but i'm not so good. I was doing a quest in the Brotherhood of Steel and when i was entering in their base one of them take my weapons, now i have completed all the quests but my weapons,armors etc are still not back yet. How can i do?

When you enter the bunker there should be a box on the side of one of the doors ahead with all your stuff in there.
