Okay, so I plan on doing an NCR melee and unarmed run, give me some suggestions, hints and what my S.P.E.C.I.A.L should be. Also, this is my first time doing a melee and unarmed run so I would appreciate it if you guys told me what perks are useful and the ones to avoid.
