Hello, for some strange reasons this game is giving me a lot of trouble for multiplayer.

First of all when I tried to redeem my code, I followed everything and when I logged into gamesas, this is what I get:

You need to log in to view this page.

And I'm ALREADY logged in. This is giving me a massive headache! Can anyone help?

Also whenever I tried to join a ranked game, it gives ms this "serial code already in use." I've did a search and tried their fixes but none seems to be working.

WTF, seriously.

I'm no experiencing nothing strange except this... "You need to log in to view this page." thing.
It's been around three days too.
Tried on diferent computers and diferent browsers and i keep getting this even thought i'm already logged in.
And after trying to talk to anyone in EA the only answer i get is "We're working on it."
I know you guys do, but i would love if someone explained me the situation.
