My rig is lazer rachesis and I set side button to V and G.
In game option I cannot assign any special button on mouse.
Crysis1 I set V for suit menu and drag to select. It very effective.

Mouse driver is latest version and can use in window and other game.

Try setting the side buttons to generic buttons then go in-game and try assigning them.

I have a 5 button mouse. A button on either side of the mosue so I assigned my thumb one to melee, and my other side to binoculours.... When I hit melee, it ends up going into binoculours, tagging the enemy, then meleeing them....

WTF? Lol.

So yeh I don't use my 5th mouse button any more. Put binoculours back to B.
