Hello, this is my first time playing the game, and I'm not exactly sure if I created him right.

I want to be great at archery, and I want to be able to cast all areas of magicka in the end. I also want the highest hit points possible, and heavy daedric armor/strongest shield if possible. I'm not sure if I should use long/short blade. Any suggestions? I also heard there was a way to obtain an ebony dagger in the beginning, but I haven't come across such a question.
