Let's not debate it please. I would simply like to know how to turn it off. The Youtube I saw showed this:

However, even though the spell is gone, I still get ungodly gems everywhere, even after leaving a dungeon and going somewhere new.

Am I doing it right?

Why would you not want that effect?
