1) Any URL or website that explains what each race is?
2) Which race shall I select.... I like to be MEN but there are various which look likes Men but I dont know the difference.

Men races:
Imperials: Cosmopolitan, civilised, Roman-esque people. They are not the strongest or smartest race, but they are good at politics and they are very organised (good for an army).
Nords: Tough guys of the North. They like war and are quite violent.
Bretons: They make great mages, as they have elven blood in their veins. Their society is quite feudal.
Redguards: Dark-skinned badasses, very good with weapons. They make great adventurers.

Well actually, Breton's aren't fully men, Seeing as they are Manmer.
