(straight to it) ok i installed knights of the nine and shivering isles because i forgot to and then when i checked them none of the save's wanted to load so i had to uninstall/reinstall and not install knights of the nine and shivering isles and i got the saves to work (mystic high elf remake)

now that it all works i should just make sure that works. but when i went obmm and checked goddess store deadly reflexes and all that (esp's) they do not want to load the first time i went obmm it said you are running the original oblivion please upgrade to ########

i fixed that by reinstalling obmm so i thought i had to install oblivion's latest patch but i get this error when i get up to oblivion launcher "Old file not found. However a file of the same name was found."
"No update was done as files do not match" so how/what do i do now?

Confusing post. Is there still a problem? You should get the Shivering isles version of the latest patch when you install it. http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_patches.htm

Unless you're using the GOTY edition. In which case you don't need it and I don't what you're talking about.
