Help me Figure out my crash issue! : IV

I recently Installed oblivion and installed a billion mods(made sure they were compatible with one another though) and when I went to start up it just crashes right back to desktop before the bethesda screen loads.

Missing master. One of your mods is missing a file that it depends on, and gives you a crash when loading.

Did you try running JUST the game, with no mods?

Do you have Wrye Bash? If not, get it, install it, fire it up, it will show you which mod(s) are missing files, and tell you which ones even.

yeah ive tried using wyrebash but everytime i try to use it just blinks and closes on me. i have python installed... I'm on win7x64.
I used wyre on my old system but i dont remember how I got it to work :/

I got ingame but its not letting me change my hair style so now I gotta figure that out.
