1. tamriel rebuilt
2. thousands. helluva awesome armor would be the first for... -armor.
3. none.
4. helluva weapons maybe? also alakazar's lamp by westly is a good weapon and armor mod.
5. the lightning mod.

You do realize you can search PES by category, right.
Simply select the "Weapons" from the drop down -All- search function, and the weapon mods will be displayed.
The mods at TESNexus can also be searched in a similar fashion.

Another great way to find mods is http://search.yacoby.net/. Just type in a related key word, and you'll get many results.

Since you've never used mods before, here is http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1060141-mod-recommendations-for-new-players/page__p__15392814#entry15392814 - Info on tools, patches, advice, suggestions etc

Before you download any mods, make a copy of your Morrowind folder and paste it into another directory. Then just run the Morrowind.exe in the folder of the Morrowind that you want to play.

You didn`t ask for this and probably don`t even have a clue that there are such things since you just started using mods but... get the unofficial Morrowind patch and the Code patch. They fix a bagillion bugs and make the game much better.

Do you mean large areas AND large cities?
Because if so. Check out Havish and my mod, DEM.
Also use BSAReg for TR, that'll give you the proper files.

You know, there is a reason why mods include a readme. It tells you how to fix this, but if you don't read readmes, then one shouldn't be surprised you're wondering about such things...
