**I know this is the wrong section, but the Mod section is kinda slow right now**

A while back I stumbled upon a link to a, I believe it was on youtube, video of someones modded Fallout 3. It was probably the best looking video I have ever seen and he had links to the mods he used, along with his settings. Now, that I upgraded my PC I've been trying to find that video, but no luck..

If I remember correctly, there were a few scenes of the PC walking around in tall'ish grass, next to buildings and such...the ENB he used is unlike the ones I'm finding anywhere. I believe he might of even had a small site detailing the mods as well...The quality was unbelievable. IIRC, the site was detailing something about how great Fallout 3 can look all these years later.

I'm just curious if anyone would know wtf I'm talking about, when I look on youtube I can't find the same video, so maybe the video was on his site...idk
