Help Finding NPCs : III

So, I ran across this khajiit who told me that you can have companions.

Where can I find the nord Rolf the Uber and Im-Leet the argonian?

All help would be appreciated. :whistling:

M'aiq the Liar is an http://www.imperial-library.info/content/morrowind-easter-eggs#M%27Aiq The Liar. Almost everything he says is either utter nonsense or defense of features that were not put in the game. Im-Leet is a play off of "I'm l33t" and Rolf the Uber should be fairly obvious. Good luck!
