Help me fix my load order and bashed patch

I am using Wrye Flash to build a bashed patch.

If I load fo3edit and then examine (for example) the item DLC03AquaPura under Ingestibles it shows that it comes from BrokenSteel.esm, Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esm, AquaPuraWeightFix.esp and Bashed Patch, 0.esp. The Bashed Patch should be pulling the values of YNAM and ZNAM (sounds) from Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch,esm. It should also be pulling the Weight from AquaPuraWeightFix.esp. Its not pulling either change, its pulling the original values for these data fields (from BrokenSteel.esm)

Can anyone critique my load order and bashed patch settings and tell me what I need to do to get these mods working? Are there mods I shouldn't have in the list? (e.g. mods known to be broken or mods that conflict with each other) Do I need to re-order things? Do I need to make changes to Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esm or AquaPuraWeightFix.esp to get the data pulled into the Bashed Patch?

I haven't started Fallout 3 since loading any mods and yes I have backed up all my saves :). I just want to get these various interesting-looking mods working.

Oh and btw I have Fallout 3 GOTY and my Wyre Flash and FO3Edit and stuff are the latest versions that I can find.
