the first time i tryed to use gamesas help web form it didn't worked
2 monthes passed since i tryed and it still does not work
are you doing ANYTHING AT ALL there?

The support form works fine. We get hundreds of emails a day and cannot answer them all, unfortunately. Better to announce any information on the forum so that thousands can see, rather than individual replies to 1 person, thousands of times.

i have IE ver 8, after filling all neccessary fields in help web form and pressing "send message" nothing happens really. the button just doesn't react, no any message like "request sent" or something appear
i have no any problems like this on any other sites with web form
