Okay, so maybe I should be posting this in the hardware section, but I know I'd get more responses here.

So, I just got Point Lookout, finished the main quest, and want to return to the Capital Wasteland. So I buy my ticket, get on the ferry, and after a loading screen, I'm back in D.C...and then the game just freezes.

I'm playing on an Xbox 360 Slim, maybe 3 years old and it's not overused and it's well-ventilated, so I don't think that's to blame. We all know Fallout games are glitchy, and Point Lookout was very glitchy. So I assume this is just a bug from the Add-On. Anyone know a way to beat this thing? I've tried four times, and every time it freezes when I get back to the Wasteland. Here's what my character is wearing, in case the glitch is somehow related to items : Pint Sized Slasher mask, Wasteland Doctor outfit, carrying either Paulson's revolver, the Microwave Emitter, or The Dismemberer.

Please, let me know if there's a way to fix this. I'm dying to get back in the Wasteland.

Maybe you're using a bugged save. Clear your system cache and start a fresh game. Check disc for scratches and install the game on your xbox drive.
