And moderators, sorry If I offended you in any way.
I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. I think the "Legendary" edition will be extremely broken.
If I were you I'd wait to read some reviews first. I wish I had read them before I bought this: http://www.amazon.com/Fallout-3-Game-Edition-sony-playstation3/dp/B002BXKJ6O/ref=pd_sim_vg_1
The Legendary Edition is just the same game you have now, if you delete everything, redownload the DLC and patch, what you have there is exactly what you will be throwing money at Bethesda (Again) to give you with the addition of a coaster and pretty box.
Don't delude yourself that just because it's all on the one disc in your hand that it will somehow be what it should have been from the beginning because you will be disappointed.
Me too.
Its the only game I ever bought just for the DLC′s that Ill never be able to play a single DLC of, because for some reason they must be installed to the hardrive, and I dont have one.
All other 360 games I bought with DLC included let me either download it to my xbox configured USB-stick or they included a disc that let me do that.
At least the vanilla game is enjoyable on its own, I thought it had some very good quests and interesting characters. I also liked the gameplay.
But it makes me a little sad every time I see that 'GOTY' on my game cause itll never happen.
The lesson is that it is always a good idea to research a product before purchase.
But..but...Thats still giving them money!!
LOL
But at least the customer then stands a chance of getting the gaming experience they were hoping for due to the modding community being able to finish the game properly.
By their games used so they don't get a penny more. Problem solved.
On the Fallout 3 goty version though, was it even more broken then the vanilla game with all dlc installed or the same?
It was hard to tell tbh you had to balance the vanilla game's stuttering, tearing, GOAT bug etc against the GOTY's lockups, broken quests and other introduced problems and even playing long enough to make a reasonable comparison could be tricky.
Anyone else getting a sense of Deja-Vu?
