Recently when i played Fallout NV i was Roaming around mojave when i suddenly got attacked bij 5 cazadors killed them all now i got major problem i got a major Cazador poison i already wasted all my stimpaks on it i dont have AntiVenoms and evrytime i try to go somewhere ill die because there is no medical help nearby or enough time to go somewhere .Eating food is too slow and i cannot fast travel what complety svcks. If someone has tips to help me please react on this topic.

1. Computer? Then use the console command 'tgm'.
2. Not on a computer? Reload to previous asve.
3. Last save was very far back? Suit yourself, you should have saved more often.
4. Eat food, try to travel to Caesar's Legion Safehouse (if you've found it) then immedietly go north-west of it and kill the Bighorners and eat their meat. (There's lots of them.)

Why is that you can't fast travel?

[You cannot fast travel when there are enemies near by]

Op, sounds like you are in quite the pickle. I would suggest (if you have one) using a stealth boy and sneaking away from trouble. Otherwise... reload a save.

Try stacking aid items (food) and if you have enough it should counter the poison's effect until you can get to a place where you can fast travel.

Where are you located on the map?

If you really can't get out then just reload a save and remember to invest in some form of anti-venom.

This is the single most IMPORTANT rule of Fallout, save save save and save some more.
Either your going to encounter a bug, a bad decision, or what happened to you (OP).

I tend to save just about everytime I do anything, and at the end of my play session I delete all the unnecessary files. It helps with lag issues(on XBOX)
I usually save twice before I turn my console off, corrupt files are common place in BGS games.

I save after something significant happens. To me, significant means, fighting off a huge group of (insert x enemy here), finding something important, or hell...just whenever i feel as if it's been too long since i've last saved. i save before pickpocketing, stealing, or doing anything else that could significantly impact my gameplay. even right after the game auto saves, i save it again...just because it makes me feel better lol.

i on average save about every 4-5 minutes, seriously. it's good to get into that habit with a game like this.

if i were you, i'd either run like the wind or reload a previous save. if your last save was too long ago, then you better run until those red dots disappear long enough for you to fast travel.

I'm on PC and F5 is quicksave, I must hit it about 4 times every minute. It only keeps one quicksave at a time, but its just second nature me now to save as often as possible in any game I have. This is actually why I'm slightly distrustful of games like Batman: Arkham City that don't have any save button. It saves automatically at the beginning, end and at certain points in the mission you're doing, but I don't completely trust it even though it never failed me.

Thanks for all the help people are giving but i am suffering from a cazador poison and i wasted all my stimpak on it i got attacked in the silverpeak mine when i got out i used all my stimpaks on it and i still suffer of it again my location is at silverpeak mine .

Drink 3 Sunset Saps, they prevent the poison from doing damage and heal a little at the same time.

Why don't you just lower the difficulty till poison wears off?

I already tryed that doesnt work and i already solved the problem by making a new one and playing it from the beginning thanks anyway for helping !

Go to jakobstown and tell calamaty to heal you
Counter the venom with food

After you get through it tell us how and two tips for your net fallout playthroughs

Well that's one way of doing it.

This is why I run OWB right from level 10, getting to 10 is easy and you leave OWB at about 20-25 if you played it properly, along with Heartless perk which makes life loads easier

yes i started all over it was a dead end tryed nearly anything and its very frustrating tough so .

Damn that really svcks... I would think you would have an Autosave though if not a regular save?

Maybe he used autosave only?

Reminds me with a problem a had with the glow in fo1 where i was too irradiated to do anything although my pc broke so it solved that problem
But i'm surprised you just started again there probably would of been a way .

I had a Auto Save from outside the mineshack but it was too late i realized it was dead ending. the nasty about it was that i knew it after i saved the game kinda svcks
