I really need to make some accurate collision for some weapons in my Realswords mod... I made the sword statics already...but they all hover over the ground/have inaccurate collision...
That was okay when I initially did the mod, however I've realized I want to do some interesting things with accurate collision of the swords, and other statics (hanging swords, resting swords ontop of various surfaces, that sort of thing) but that can only work if I have good collision, and know how to make said collision for various objects.
If anyone can help me with understand how to make good collision it would be EXTREMELY appreciated.
I don't actually know too much about the 3D modeling aspect though (I don't actually know how to make collision in 3DS max, although I use it), so if you can explain it to me simply from start to finish that owuld be super helpful as well
