i' stuck with this quest synth retention inside the institute, already captured the synth and now father gave me a room inside the institute, i'm in the room, there is nothing inside, i'm on the quest marker and nothing happens, the quest doesn't complete

what do i do now?

Did you talk to X6-88 outside the door?

Talk to father again and see if that triggers anything. If not then a previous save?

Father is always upstairs (or downstairs)...the quest marker is probably one level up or down, but same spot.

thanks, but talking to father don't trigger anything, and the previous save is way back at the beginning of the game :s

X6 is not there

i had this same issue and if you fast travel back to where the mission was it should fix itself. i guess there is a bug where x6 gets stuck in the water or something. anyway, try going back there and see if it does anything.
