Hey.. I recently purchased Skyrim Legendary Edition, after playing on ps3 for about 1500+hrs.. I never noticed this annoying, and visually unappealing...Glitch? Before, and its really bugging the heck outta me..

Basically, when im in 1st person view, and im equipping spells in 1 or both hands, there is a pencil thin, black line surrounding the spells effect.. When in 3rd person view, it seems to be the same lining surrounding the entire player...Its very annopying, and id really like it fixed, or be told how too.. I do not understand console commands, and other than the "Official Texture Pack" thats available from the Steam Store along with Skyrim as free dlc, Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborne, i have 4 mods:

Forbidden Magic 1

Forbidden Magic 2

Forbidden Magic 3

Forbidden Magic 4

so if i need to enter a console comm, pls explain in detail (if you dont mind, plz)
