Your working way to hard.

Pick one of these Hairstyles: Stick Twist at 50% length or Windblown or Windbraids at full length.

Then just adjust the age slider down untill she looks cute.

Lastly add a little happiness to the mouth shape.

If shes going to be blond you might want to lighten or darken the skintone a little bit.

THE END.

Go to http://www.tesnexus.com/ and do a search on the word "Imperial" in the Oblivion savegames. You will find a ton that you can download.

She does look hot for a Nord though, they are usually beastly and stink of Sujamma (yes, the women...)

If the original poster still reading this sorry for going a bit off track. Just giving you a hand. You can make a pretty vanilla female Imperial character. Just don't try too hard.

Here is another Nord http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r11/Gerza71/Oblivion2009-04-2122-56-30-95.jpg

Keeping on track here is http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r11/Gerza71/Oblivion2008-09-1815-11-46-81.jpg
An other pic of http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r11/Gerza71/Oblivion2008-09-1416-22-00-62.jpg

Off track here is http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r11/Gerza71/Oblivion2008-09-0621-07-49-98.jpg Retired.

These last lot are Imperials like the ones above are unmodded.

http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r11/Gerza71/Oblivion2010-06-1914-10-34-09.jpg I named her after Miranda in ME2

http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r11/Gerza71/Oblivion2009-08-2017-50-47-51.jpg Named after Ann Frank sister.

The last three from the same character.

If you're on PC, then it's not that big a problem, but if you're on 360 or PS3 it could get a little tough. First piece of advice is; center all sliders. When you shift one, others tend to move with it so it may take some time adjusting them all, but it's worth it.

Now that everything is neutral, just fine tune it to a setting you like. I always make relatively good looking characters in my vanilla game; Im sure some people here might agree. I just follow this basic principle every time. :)
