Help, MCA characters acting like guards?

Hello,

I just noticed that the generic characters added by the MCA mod are acting like guards-- when I steal they come after me and present me with the ultimatum of paying gold/ resisting arrest/ going to jail. I'm probably having some kind of a mod conflict but I have no idea where.

List of mods I'm using:

Morrowind script extender
MCA
rise of house telvanni
sris alchemy
book rotate
better bodies
vampire realism II
vampire embrace
where are all the birds
better clothes
westly's master headpack
building up uvirith's legacy
mel teleport
mca vampire realism patch
mca guards patch

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's not a bug or a mod conflict, the mod was designed that way. MCA characters (other than the obvious guards) with the class "Rogue" act like guards, it's not a big deal but it can be annoying if they spawn inside the thieves guild when you're just about to clear your name.

Thank you for the info. Should "mages" be doing the same thing?
