Help on mod uninstallation fix

Hi everyone, I posted this in mods section, buts also Geck related so may as well post here.

So I've uninstalled all related files to the L38 Suite Reloaded mod and then gone back to vanilla version only to find that one of the ovens has been disabled, the cut content cabinet is enabled along with the 2 suitcases that were cut in final release. Now I used the vanilla suit & upgraded it via vendor before changing to modded version, now I am assuming that upgrades used in the said mod were from original content and I had to purchase those in the mod like the rest of extra stuff, but upon returning to the vanilla I cannot work out why it has kept the enabled items which were originally cut from the game anyways.

So on top of that, I made a mod that adds some extras to the vanilla suite and made it so that you have to purchase them via vendor terminal. Problem is when using save that I had used the reloaded suit mod on (as stated above), the upgrades do not enable. My scripts for this work fine, because on a new save everything works 100% fine. It's just my main file that was once using the reloaded suite mod.

This has left me pulling hairs out and confused :S Any help is appreciated greatly, as in very much so.....as in....now? ;)
